DNW: Pregnancy plotlines (i know they're in the show, just not in fic pls), bugs/bug swarms, character bashing of any unlisted characters (just because I didn't list Jo or Izzie doesn't mean I don't like them!), scat. Characters I strongly, strongly dislike are Webber, Maggie, Burke and Owen.
DW: Trans AUs, humour, banter, kink, creative ways of AU-ing, creative combinations of AUs, tongue-in-cheek stuff, Derek getting a bit of comeuppance, and I... would definitely NOT say no to Meredith/Addison if that ends up being an unlisted ship that catches your attention. Heart wants what it wants, I'm throwing it in here, why not. Other characters I really, really like are Riggs, George, Cristina (be still my heart), Callie, Arizona, Bailey and Stephanie.
In general, please don't feel too limited by the listed pairings! I'd like to have at least one of them in there, but beyond that, have fun!
Some ideas to help you out (suggestions only): if you do a Homestuck AU, I'd love to see Alex with Blood as an aspect, Derek with Mind, and Addison with either Heart or Hope.
