Signups are open (a few hours early)!

They will remain open until 19:59 UTC on Sunday 15 July. View the countdown here.

Remember: there's a known bug that means not all nominated tags will appear in the dropdown! If you encounter this, copy and paste the tag straight from the tagset and it should work.


Instructions:

1. Fandom: Choose your fandom (1 per request/offer)


2. Characters: Choose your characters and/or relationships (1-20 per request/offer)


3. Relationships: Choose fanfiction, fanart, or both


4. Additional Tags: Choose your AUs! - must be "ALL" tags or match your fandom (2-20 per request)


5. Letter URL: Link to your Dear AUex Creator letter here (optional)


6. Optional Details: Add request information for your gift creator here (optional)


7. Optional Tags: Paste in up to 20 additional AUs from the tagset (optional)

Repeating fandoms in requests and offers:

• You must request a minimum of three different fandoms and offer a minimum of four.


• You can request/offer the same fandom more than once to include different characters/groups/AUs, but you must still meet the minimum number of separate fandoms overall.


• e.g. a signup that requests only Harry Potter x3 would be invalid, but requesting Harry Potter x3 plus Star Wars Sequel Trilogy and Buffy the Vampire Slayer would meet the minimum required fandoms.

DNWs:

• If you have any Do Not Wants, please include them in your Optional Details.


• Only reasonable DNWs included in your signup can be enforced.

AU Tags:

• The AU tags you request/offer must either match the fandom or start with "ALL:"


• e.g. if the fandom is Harry Potter, you could request/offer "HP: Character Sorted differently" and "ALL: Space Pirates AU" but not "SW: Ahsoka is a Nightsister".


• You can find a searchable spreadsheet with all fandom-specific AU tags here.


• You can request/offer 2-20 AUs in the Additional Tags field (mandatory), plus up to an extra 20 in the Optional Tags field (optional).


• Beware: The Optional Tags field will draw on all tags in the archive, not tags in the tagset; however, "Optional Tags" must be AUs present in the tagset. The easiest way to ensure this is to copy-paste them from the tagset itself. If you choose tags that aren't in the tagset, they will be deleted from your signup.

- You can find the tagset here. Note that no further corrections will be made now that signups have opened.

- The requests summary will be visible here once requests are made.

- Once there are sufficient signups, you can find the signup summary here. If this doesn't work (there is a known bug with the signup summary), I'll see what I can come up with separately, but try viewing logged out or in an incognito window.
